Life Insurance.  Unfortunately, too many people need it but don't have it.  Auto insurance is a state requirement, and if you carry a mortgage, so is homeowners insurance.  But it's baffling how many parents are out there with kids, mortgages, etc. and somehow keep kicking this can down the road.  Let's face it, we are all here as guests, and no one has ever gotten out of here alive.  The question we all need to ask ourselves is how prepared are those who depend on us financially should the inevitable happen to us suddenly.  Will your family have to sell the house?  Will your kids still be able to go to college?  What standard of living will your family be able to maintain with you no longer in the picture?
